5G High-speed internet (WIFI) and desk for those needing to get some work done while on there getaway or business trip, and a host of other amenities for a perfect stay. Bedrooms elegantly decorated one with a queen bedroom, 2 twins perfect for families. Families traveling with infants and toddlers are welcomed. We have a pack~n~play, high chair and car seat available upon request.

Guest access

Drive and park around back of the house. A well lit pathway up the stairs will lead to your entrance with a smart lock, you will be provided your personalized code at check in.

Other things to note

Comfortable. Safe. Perfect for a quiet getaway, family time, or business stay. NO PETS, not even service animals. No smoking or Vaping. The property is under surveillance 24hrs. There is one camera located at the front of the house. It is a doorbell camera and it operates through motion detection. We have a strict 25 minimum age restriction.

NO GUESTS UNDER 25 ARE ALLOWED TO BOOK. Our home is equipped with a keyless entry (keypad). Guests won’t need to meet for a key and will receive check in instructions with their personal access code. Also, after every guest checks out, the home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a COVID-19 disinfectant throughout every part of the home to ensure the safety of all of our guests.

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs, or amenities. Please report any inoperative equipment to us promptly. BP Short Term Rentals will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after being given phone instructions by a BP Short Term Rentals property associate, a maintenance service professional will be dispatched.
NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WHILE BP SHORT TERM RENTALS WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY, AS THE COMPANY MAY HAVE TO GO THROUGH HOME WARRANTIES. BP SHORT TERM RENTALS will always look for alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.

Please note that these times are strictly enforced and that arriving before 4 pm or checking out after 11 am without prior approval is against our policies. We must make sure we have adequate time to properly sanitize and clean for the next guest.

The Owner are Copreneurs. Transplants from Boston MA, have made NC their new home. Proud parents of two young boys. We hope you enjoy your stay in the beautiful Piedmont Triad region!

They purchased this House in 2019. It was originally a 2 bed 1 bath home.
